Stay away. I order rotors and brakes for 2003 Expedition. Rotors fit no problem, however brake pad do not fir vehicle. I went with Parts Geek because I purchased EBC rotors and Pads and they had the best price. Problem is you can not talk to a person. Have to you customer service via email. Okay so obtained Return Authorization and noticed the address for the return was a few miles from where I live. Returned them in person no problem. A month went by no credit issued. Once again customer service via email. After several emails was told they cant find my return. I obtained a phone number for them and called them. Several times I was on hold waiting to talk to someone for 4:47 each ending with a message that due to high phone calls contact customer service via email. Went back to the place I returned them and they provided me a receipt that they (Parts Geek) was credited. They faxed the paper work to them and next thing I I received credit but was charges 15% restocking fee. I responded back stating it's an error on their part not mine. They responded by saying The part provided shows it fits your vehicle we are sorry. (NO REFUND for restocking) So stay away from them
