I like Verizon wireless phones, but I have a problem with this particular store. Brickyards Verizon Wireless was in my opinion a fair store, but that all changed Saturday Jan 28 2012, When I was sold a display portable charger and it turn out to be broken and used. Today Sunday 29 2012 I tried to return it for another one with my receipt, but it turns out that the one they sold me was a outdated portable charger and therefore not going to exchange it. It was clear, by the tune of there voice that I was trying to pull one on them, which further upset me. What I suggest to anyone purchasing any Version Wireless Product, is that right when you pay for it, open the product in store and check with the sales rep to see if that's the right product, otherwise you have a bad experience and lose your hard earned money. Note: Version Wireless support couldn't help either, so I just hope you guys don't experience a similar situation.
