I wish I could rate them a zero. Worst online experience ever. Pretty much the same as everyone else. I got a confirmation email but 3 weeks later no indication that anything is going to be shipped. Emailed them again and they said I would receive the item in 3-10 business days. After that passed I emailed again and they said it was on backorder. I emailed again and told them to cancel and refund to my credit card. Will it happen? I don't know.
I am going to dispute the transaction with the credit card company and also submit a consumer complaint to the state attorney general's office.
FOLLOW-UP ON NOV 5: The company has stated on two occasions that I would receive credit within 48 hours. One was in response to a direct inquiry from me, the other via the Better Business Bureau. But the credit never happens.
It's like their mode of doing "business" is to just charge your card and stonewall you, hoping you'll either forget or give up.
FOLLOW-UP ON NOV 17: I had to follow through and file a consumer complaint with both my VISA company and also the state attorney general's office. One or both of them finally got action, as a credit finally posted to my account today.
If you want your money back, expect to have to do the same.
