Worst Mother's Day EVER!

I ordered flowers for my mom Saturday morning and received a CONFIRMATION that my request was ordered and my account had been charged. At 6pm that night I received an email that FTD couldn't fill my order and that they would cancel it and issue a refund or send the flowers WEDNESDAY but I had to respond by 5pm! On top of receiving the email to cancel the order an hour later that I could've responded, I also had no opportunity to make an alternative arrangement. It's such a horrible feeling to try and do something special for your mom and she never gets it because of false advertisement by a company like this. The email should have read "tentative confirmation" and NOT "confirmation" which gave me the expectation that my order was placed and en route for delivery.
