Fast shipping, excellent product. I picked up a lapping kit and Arctic Clean for far less than what the sandpaper alone would of cost at a local store, shipping included. (Not to mention the uber-fine grits usually aren't available at most stores.)

As a nice added touch, they also threw in a free bag of zip-ties. :)

One of the rudest, most unprofessional retailers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. These guys sell broken junk, then attempt to scam you again with a $40 "return fee" when you try to return the defective merchandise. If there's any kind of issue, their response is to instantly become rude, condescending, or they might even just hang up on you.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Other retailers like Crutchfield may cost a bit more, but unlike Ikesound, they treat their customers respectfully and handle returns in a professional manner.

Outstanding - ordered some AP-15's and watercooling gear for a recent build, everything arrived super fast (all the way to Nevada) and was in perfect condition. Will definitely order from FrozenCPU again.
