I have placed my order over 17 business days ( the website states if does not arrive in 14 business days to contact dealextremes) I have done that since 3 days ago and still NO RESPONSE, seems like they only care to take the payment and don't care at ALL for costumer service.
they also have a Click for Live Support I've tried that all different hours and is ALWAYS offline
Horrible company
P.S. Tiffany FROM DEALExtreme... IF U ARE READING THIS YOU TOLD ME ON THE TICKET at 2/17/2011 for me to wait one more week and if the product would not arrive you would give a full refund, it's been 2 WEEKS and u do NOT replay the ticket anymore??????????
