The buying process was very smooth but I\u0027m not sure about their customer service reps since I ordered online. Their turnaround time is very quick; mine shipped 4 days after I ordered it. The only qualm I have with the process was that they didn\u0027t keep me updated about my order, as there is no order status page at their site. The CL56 I ordered worked great out of the box(as soon as I installed all the components that is), there is one small dead pixel at the bottom right corner of the screen, but unless you look very carefully, its hard to see. Shipping was great, mwave shipped out my order the day I ordered it and I actually received it one day ahead of time, very pleased with their service- take note that their company is based in California while I live in Maryland.
