No more than a couple minutes after receiving an email alert stating that my gun was available I had my order placed and finalized on on 4/4/13 and it charged my credit card without issue. I assumed this was the end of the transaction and I should be getting my gun within a few days. Well 12 days later after not receiving any notification that my gun was on its way, I emailed in asking to please check the status. That same day, I got an email back just stating their same rhetoric about "orders being shipped in the order they were received", with no bother to check on any status as requested. It's now been about 3 weeks since I placed my order, and I went back to their page and saw a place to check the order status only to find out that it had been CLOSED. No notification or reason given. I know they were not sold out as I had the order placed not more than 12 minutes after receiving the notification and it showed "In Stock" well after my purchase.
UPDATE:
John from Grabagun contacted me this morning and updated me on the status and reasoning form my cancellation. He got me set up with a replacement, and took off a little discount for the issue. I've changed my overall review to reflect these changes. All-in-all, I can see how others are happy with their purchases. Grabagun should work a little harder on their customer contacting, but aside from that, I may try to purchase from them again in the future.
