I”LL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I ordered an adapter, 2 Moya filters and a lens cap for my Canon SX10 IS. The package arrived promptly (4 business days from order to arrival) and was well packaged for travel. The adapter fits like a glove and is very well constructed. The filters were well priced. I have seen them cheaper but not at reputable dealers, so the 2% - 5% premium was WELL WORTH MY MONEY. To this point I was very satisfied with my purchase but here’s the action that makes Lensmate a world-class operation; I remember when I placed my order that the shipping seemed a little high (~$13) but I needed the adapter so, I figured it was worth the premium. Today, I received an email stating that I was overcharged for shipping due to a problem with the shopping cart program and that I was receiving a $5.00 REFUND. This was completely unsolicited from me and purely voluntary on the part of Lensmate! In this electronic world of cheats and shysters, Lensmate stands out by offering excellent products combined with fair prices and world-class service and business ethics.

Based on the reviews here, I was deathly afraid of this company but I had already pulled the trigger and placed my order the day before. I ordered a Canon SX10 for $299.00 (plus $9.95 shipping but I had a $10.00 off coupon for a total of $299.90)which was about $70.00 cheaper than any place else (not including the obvious bait and switch outfits)
I must say I have been very pleasantly surprised with my purchase. Shipping was same day and I received the tracking number that night. The package arrived on-time (5 working days) in a sealed canon box that stated "refurbished" on the side. The camera is flawless and operates as expected (so far) and the box contained all promised items. It seems (after reading the reviews) that people who have had bad experiences are mainly people who have encountered problems with the items purchased and needed to return them or have them serviced so that may be where this company breaks down. I will update this review if I encounter any problems.
