I had to wait over a month for my order to arrive and put up with unanswered emails from them.<br><br>I emailed Monarch at least three times, (once a week), asking how long I should wait for my order to arrive and they only responded once, and the answer wasn`t even related to my question. I found their support to be very frustrating to work with and the lack of communication on their part to be totally unprofessional.<br><br>I felt like they didn`t care for me at all which in my books means they don`t value their customers.
