The site says the order has shipped, but there is no way to track where the book is and if it was even sent!! I ordered my other books from abebooks.com the same day I ordered this book and I got those books last week!!!!! This is a totally unacceptable process and someone needs to fix it fast! NEVER AGAIN will I utilize this site!!!! Also, there is no customer service to assist you!<br><br>The reality is that instead of a Valorebooks.com rep responding to this site, they need to actually work on th issues they have with shipping books you paid for a month ago! Give me a break! Thanks for the review. I have checked your account and see you selected 4-14 business day shipping. The book was ordered on 04/05/2012, so the shipment would not be considered late until 04/25/2012.
