I've purchased from this site once before back in late 07 or early 08. and my canon ink came in within a week of the order.

Today is the last straw, i placed an order january 3rd for INK again. after sitting quite for nearly a month i call to see where its at and cannot get answers from anyone its always we'll email you any information. i wait another week, i call and talk to Julia, who refuses to give me a managers name or an owners name and flat out lies through her big dumb teeth, then tells me to google the owners name and hangs up on me. All i want is the 800 dollars back i paid for my ink cartridges but they refuse to give me a refund on my money and wont even take my calls any more

This is by far the worst iv ever been treated by any company. Iv been burned on ebay and on forums but this company, i hope they all fry in hell and lose their homes and become bums on the street. By the way yes im pissed its what happens when a company steals nearly a thousand dollars of someone else's hard earned money.

Over the past 4 years iv shopped only at newegg.com The number one reason why is cause they beat the prices of all their competitors and there service is outstanding!, iv never gotten a wrong package, iv always gotten my packages a day before time or on time. NEVER LATE

I've built atleast 4 computers from all parts i baught from newegg, every computer is still running fast and flawless. Iv baught olevia 42 LCD Tv, Baught a Kodak 12mp camera, Even baught an apple i-touch, Several moniters, never had a dead pixel in my moniters or TV. Compaired to my freinds who baught theres at retail stores and had dead pixels. All in all I'd say i've probably spent about 4,000 dollars or more from newegg. I cant even imagine how much more id have spent if i spent it at a retail store or from competitors.

Last but not least, Newegg.com's Customer Service. Professional. Friendly. and Always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. countless times have i opened the chat box to ask a question and they always answered it!. Even went the extra mile to deliever me free Shwag in the form of t-shirts and hats and stickers. You will not get that from any other company!!!
