Wanted to add a few more things to the order and placed a cancellation request. <br><br>Instead of cancelling the whole order, Amazon cancelled only one CD. The order no longer qualified for free shipping, and I was charged $10.04 for shipping.<br><br>1. I didn\u0027t authorize cancelling of one CD, but rather the whole order.<br>2. I didn\u0027t authorize the amended order, that Amazon shipped without asking me.<br><br>Don\u0027t get me wrong. I\u0027ve placed 190 orders from Amazon since 1999, and nearly all have gone well. When things go wrong, they\u0027re not easy to fix.<br><br>Amazon\u0027s cancellation email suggested refusing the package, and that\u0027s what I\u0027m going to do. Apparently, they were transitioning to a new fulfillment carrier due to this very issue.<br><br>Their old fulfillment carrier was not responding to emails, and I was able to reach someone through the Paypal resolution center. After a few days, I received a response explaining the delay, and the CDs arrived 3 days afterwards.<br><br>I\u0027m satisfied, and will buy from them again when her new album is released.
