Horrible customer service - I bought a laptop that set a piece of paper on fire, while under warranty. Thankfully my house did not burn down. The Geek Squad said they had to "replicate" the issue - they didn't test the temperature for overheating, they tried to set a piece of paper on fire. Really. Then told me it was impossible that my computer did this.

When I rated the Geek Squad service the lowest rating, someone from the actual store called me - they don't monitor the stores service, they let the store do it themselves. No wonder the service is horrible. The Geek Squad manager left a message and never bothered to call me back.
