I wanted to let everyone now that my experience with heatsinkfactory.com was a very pleasant one to say the least. i purchased the wrong item from them by my mistake so i called them on the phone and got a real person right away! you dont get that to much anymore these days,explained my error and was told just to send item back and write store credit on reciept and the would issue me a credit,wow that was easy.i recieved a phone call from someone in a few days after sending item back and man that was a shocker,dont get that much either anymore.they refunded me and i just reorded the correct item from them.customer service from heatsinkfactory .com is outstanding!! this was not my first purchase from them nor will it be the last.these are the kind of small business,s we must support for there hard work people!hats off to everyone at the heatsinkfactory.com,thank you for your service!
