Obviously Zazzle does not have enough customer service to cover the amount of complaints they receive. If you call right when they open, you will get someone on the phone in a minute or two. Otherwise you will wait a good 10+ minutes for someone. I received part of my order of three printed shirts much faster than expected. I have ordered from them in the past and expected slow delivery time. And seeing all the complaints, I can only imagine how many orders they get per day! I have been waiting over a month for a bag I created and still I have not received it. But I have been able to get customer service on the phone who try to look into it. I don't know why they can't speak to someone at place that creates these bags to find out where my bag is. I received an email, as promised, after speaking with someone on the phone that said: We regret to inform you that we are experiencing an unforeseen delay with your custom Bag order. As a thanks for your patience, we want to provide you with a Zazzle account credit that can be used on a new order for $25.00 of the subtotal of your Bag order. We appreciate your business and sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. Thanks for choosing Zazzle.com and have a great day."
Seems like they really limit what customer service can do over there. I will just call every day and try to get updates. I got part of the order quickly, which is great but still it is like the bag is just MIA. Makes me quite sad. I also have two reps who said the shipping was upgraded to overnight.
