I had a good experience. It took about 3 weeks to get my glasses. But they stated after I ordered it could take up to 9 business days to get shipping info, which it did. Once the item shipped it only took a few more days to arrive. Gucci glasses came in gucci case and card of authenticity. Ive owned Gucci before and I am 100% certain they are authentic. They are not a big company and I've seen other reviews having some issues...but maybe I got lucky or other people just got unlucky due to stock reasons but I got a great pair of glasses for really good price and I even got my insurance to reimburse me for a lot of the cost even out of network...
