I ordered an external notebook battery,Bat-BP170,from these guys shortly before a trip out of country.
Upon receiving it,the battery would only hold 1/4 of it's capacity but they seemed to think I needed to run it through several cycles before it would reach capacity so believing them I dragged it along with me to indonesia.Once there I discovered it would not hold a charge for several days,nor would it ever reach full capacity.They assured me they would exchange it upon my return,however after leaving the battery in storage for a month,The battery cells had expanded dangerously,so I was unable to bring the battery pack back with me.
I did take photos of the obviously too dangerous to fly with battery cells,and I still have all the components but they are unwilling to negociate any exchange or compensation.
Maybe they have the right as I do not have the complete battery anymore,but considering I made them aware of the defective product from the day I received it and they goaded me into believing it would work properly after more charge cycles,I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and $300 poorer and would NEVER do business with them or their crap products again!

I have made many purchases from NCIX over the last copuple of years and have always been impressed with their customer service,reliability and the multitude of shipment and payment options they offer.
Not to mentionm hastle free pricematching...:)
I was quite impressed this last order when I used my credit card with them for the first time and my rather small order shipped out the same day!
I totally recommend NCIX for anyone wanting quick curteous service and quality components at fair prices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!THEY ARE FRAUDULANT LIARS AND THIEVES!

I placed a small order worth of small copper ramsinks $28.00US including shipping over 2 1/2 maonths ago and have still seen nothing.

After the first month of waiting,I expressed my impatience and was told:

"Hello , Your Order Was Shipped Out on Oct.15 by USPS Parcel Post to Canada ,
Should be there or it is Being Returned Here by Now. Sorry we can not
control Customs Agents !


Thanks, Chris , Support Dept."


After a month and a half I sent this mnail:

So over a month later still nothing,and my last email threatening a negative review here ignored
and my money gone.

I have done tons of business accross the border via ebay and online stores and never ever had any problems with customs holding or returning my stuff so I find it quite unlikely that delivery of $20 worth of ramsinks would have been refused entry or lost in the mail into Canada twice,therefore it's quite aparent to me that So-Trick has Clearly gone out of their way to rip me off for a measly $28.00US.

You can count on KARMA!

Quick friendly service.I was contacted almostimmediately to be informed that remaining stock left of the item that I ordered had a minor defect and was asked if I still wanted it at a reduced price.I agreed and received the item in record time via expedited post with a cheque for the differnce enclosed.
Will shop criticool again!

Ralph was most helpfull when I needed a replacement motherboard in a hurry.
compuvision has competitive prices and friendly,prompt service.COD is a great option for me and makes me wish that they had an even greater selection of general computer hardware for me to choose from.

I received prompt curteous service from Adam.
All of my product related questions were answered immediately and my 5660 arrived in Vancouver B.C.on time and in 99.9% good working order.

(it should be noted that the fan for the power supply was DOA,and Sager should make sure this doesn't happen again!!! This wasn't pctorques fault! On the bright side,my 5660 is otherwise flawless down to the last pixel)

I will definately be recomending pctorque to anyone interested in purchasing a Sager.
The prices are very fair,and Adam@pctorque is a pleasure to do business with.
