I did get transferred 3 times before getting to the right person. When I reached John Brown, he answered all my questions. I feel he went above and beyond in helpfulness and courtesy. He pointed me in the right direction and also gave me the part numbers for the other parts I may need to replace in the future. I spoke with two other companies before calling Whitaker Brothers. My experience with them wasnt very pleasant or helpful and we will be using Whitaker Brothers from now on.
