I placed my order on August 12th for school text books. My school started at the end of September and mid September came and my books had still not arrived. I ended up having to buy my books on another site so I would have them in time for school to start. It is now November 7th and I have e-mailed them a couple of times complaining about this and they have not tried to contact me back. I was charged right away for these books and I am a little dissapointed that a so-called reputable company has stolen my money and still has not done anything with my complaint. I will never do business with this seller again and I recommend that if a deal on their site seems like a great deal, then it is probably too good to be true.
