I called them to obtain return authorithation (it was only five days since I received it they giving ten days return policy) they refused to accept return and offer me to deal with manufacturer. On their Web site they stating that all products what they sell coming with full manufacturers warranty. They are not authorized resailler and manufacturer (Pioneer) void the warranty.
