This is a Top Notch Company to purchase items from and to deal with after purchase. Recently, I purchased a Karaoke player for my shows here in CA. I had some trouble with one side of the player and promptly contacted GoodDeals18/EffyzazInc. Their reponse was phenominal. I received an instant reply to send the unit back to them for replacement. When it arrived, they shipped out the replacement within hours so I wouldn't miss my next show. There was no hassle of any kind.
