When i order Monarch website say the item will ship 1 or 2 days. 2 days went by still not ship so I send them an email to check status replay from them are following \u0022My records indicate there was a slight oversell on that product. However, we<br>are receiving more inventory today and tomorrow and I would expect your order to<br>ship with one of these shipments. We sincerely apologize for the delay.<br><br>Thank you.\u0022<br><br>So 2 days later I send another email to check the status and they reply the same thing to me. So I wait for 1 week and send the third email to them to check the status on my order and ask them if they cannot ship my order I will like to cancel my order. 2 mins later they replay back they will cancel my order.<br><br>First of all their customer service suck I have send 3 emails to check the status. If the item is on back order or \u0022light oversell\u0022 they can\u0027t even send or call me to notify me I have to chase on the order 3 times.
