The company is good if you are buying products that they have currently in stock, it will usually ship out very quickly, keeping you well informed about what stage your order is at. However, if something is not in stock, you will be kept in limbo with very little or no, information as to the status of your order.
On this purchase I bought a gigabit lan card which was quickly shipped and arrived within 2 days and a tv tuner card, which was out of stock (but which their web site said should be available within 3 - 5 business days). After a week, I started to wonder but didn't spend much time bothering. Two weeks went by and I tried my hand at speaking with someone as to the status of the order (which their web site claimed was not "pending"). This company obviously has invested a lot of thought in designing the worst possible voicemail and call forwarding system possible. ABANDON ALL HOPE ALL YE WHO ENTER THERE! Contacting a human by voice is difficult to say the least, and if you do manage, the quality of the audio is so terrible you may hang up for fear of going insane.
Regardless, they had no idea when it would be in, why it was delayed or when I could expect it... Now, it's almost 5 weeks later and I still have not received any unsolicited information as to the status of this order! And the little info they do provide in response to emails is next to useless. Bottom line: do not buy out of stock items from this company unless you enjoy the run-around.
