I recently placed an order for service with Milliamp to have my iPod Classic looked at. I wasn't sure about what was wrong with it, and I also wasn't sure if my iPod would even be service since it has a modded hard drive installed. The same day that my iPod arrived at their service center, I was informed that I needed a new battery and also my backplate was missing a screw hols which allowed it to be securely attached.
The following day, I was informed that my repairs were completed (minus the backplate, I didn't want to lose my custom skin that I had installed, so the technician removed the charging port trim instead). A few days later, my iPod was in the mail and on its way back to me.
I have been more than satisfied by the level of service that I received from Milliamp. The entire repair process was completed much faster than I ever thought it would be, and I appreciated being kept up to date on the repair process as it happened.
In the future, if my iPod ever needs repair work done, I will definitely be sending it back to Milliamp.
