4/5

My main gripe is the shipping costs. There seems to be a minimum of $60 shipping to Canada, which makes it real hard to commit to a purchase, knowing that the cost of making an exchange is prohibitive. I have already bought one copy of this lens, and trying to find a good copy, but not sure how many times I can afford the $60 shipping (B&H charges about 25% of the shipping, from the same coast, and same delivery time...)
Also have a current but slight beef with the order accuracy, as the lens cap and hood were both wrong in the order. The cap isn't quite the cap I ordered, and the hood is wrong and doesn't fit. Now have to figure out how to sort it out without it costing me...
The lens I purchased does have a bit of an issue at the far end of the zoom - a bit of a mechanical glitch due to what I presumed was a good knock against something by the previous owner (the dings on the front ring are evidence). The condition/rating of the lenses is pretty fair, but am skeptical whether the lenses are tested before sale.
On the good: the speed of the shipping; the overall selection and pricing; constantly updated inventory; friendly staff on the phone; no problems in past with purchases/returns.
UPDATE: I called KEH to address the problems, and a friendly agent named Tim helped me with getting the correct hood and lens cap. They even said they'd send out the correct ones free of charge! Thank you for your help.
