I bought the Barnes & Noble gift card just as it seems everyone else on here did! Unfortunately, it was a gift so pretty embarrassing that it was never received by the receipient. I called customer service for a month and never received a call back. I also emailed them several times with no response. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and they have not responded to that as well. I disputed the charge with my credit card and was refunded the money through them, not savemore.com. A friend of mine also ordered something through them since she had a credit via their company and to date never received the product. Ridiculous company, cannot even believe they are still in business!
