They rarely reply to emails. replied to me several times when i wanted to cancel and they requested a scanned copy of my credit card. I sent it to them but then never replied and i did this another 7 times but still no replies they are a shady business stay away at all costs. luckily my bank got my refund. Their site is outdated as well and they sell inferior chips. just go to mod-chip.com and if you need a pre-modd go to teammodders.com or norcalmods.com. Sent me emails and their tracking works great. i was always updated at all times. the discs are real to and are not fakes. i checked with a dvd identifier and the dye was tyg02 as promised. The site was extremely easy to navigate. im so happy i found this site.
