These guys have done it again. The last time I ordered from them, the speakers took a little long to show up, but only by a week, and it was a reasonable price, I was happy.
This time, it's been over a month and a half, I've had NO radio in my car. I went with them although they were more expensive, but they said the parts were in stock. I called and verified.
I order, and, a week goes by, no parts. I call them up, 1 hour on hold and it hangs up on me. Call again, another hour, and I get booted to main menu. Another hour and they don't answer. I called several times over several days.
They say they answer emails in an hour. If you're lucky, it's 1.5 days, on average.
They offered to do a price match, but they won't refund the difference, they say they will do it after it ships. When I say I will post a review online, they say it'll go out tomorrow.
One guy there called me, seemed honest. He said it came in to their distributor, would go out tomorrow. Tomorrow it didn't. The next day, it didn't. Then he said he just needed to talk to his driver. I said, please do, I'll wait.
No parts no parts no parts. Personally I think they don't want to honor the price match they offered me.
They have made NO effort to refund my money they say they won't keep, they won't send me the parts, and when I say I can get it somewhere else which now DOES have it in stock, it'll always go out tomorrow.
THEY ARE LIARS! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
UPDATE:
Again, emails with promises, and so far they are meaningless. Publicly, they say I was "approved", but the bank hasn't seen anything from them.
I'll be happy to update the review when some action has taken place, but I haven't seen one review that says they've delivered anything, refunded anything, etc. Look here for an update if they resolve anything with me, but so far you can take it from me that in two months you'll get NO product and NO refund.

{I've been informed you are not allowed to put exact quotes on this website. Also, in this time, the seller has said he would help me out, gave me a number to call him, and offered to call me. NONE of these things happened - the offered number was busy the 15 times I called. I mentioned calling the district attorney, and they were nice... For one day. BUT IN NO WAY WAS BEING "NICE" GETTING ME ANY MONEY OR MY STEREO.

Remove the reviews, and allow us to resolve.

Additional - I asked if this is an "unusual situation" or if every customer can expect to be jerked around, never getting a part, being lied to. I asked over and over. I said if in ANY way the treatment I have received is unusual or NOT the image DCCA wants to portray, to let me know. They said not to call the DA.
Everyone should call the DA.
