I have nothing but glowing comments about WatchCases.com: I had wonderful, informative emails from owner Donald and one of his assistants, Cheryl, answering a number of questions I had about watch winders. They were prompt; offered good recommendations (especially when it came to suggesting the most cost-effective solution to my needs); and the website similarly tells you most of what you need to know about a subject about which I knew nothing at the start of my quest. (I have not yet received the product which I have ordered, but it has already shipped - 2 days after the order was placed.)

I have just purchased a Frederique Constant watch from this vendor: I spoke with a gentleman at the store, who was knowledgable about the product and very willing to assist in my purchase; the item shipped within one day of purchase and arrived in mint condition several days later. I have nothing but compliments to offer.
