Worst customer service ever!! I've ordered many items from them over the years and everything went fine. Now they are the worst company. I've tried to order their computer interfaces, since they brick when the date changes to the new year, for 3 weeks. First order processed and charged to my credit card, but never showed up. After more than a week I emailed them, Was told they ran out of the interfaces and my order was cancelled. THEIR SYSTEM DOES NOT EMAIL YOU WHEN THEY CANCEL AN ORDERED He told me. Yet they can send you their ads every day! I emailed them again asking about my other items I ordered. Why didn't they ship them. No reply! 3 days later I see on their website a deal for the day only the interfaces I wanted. Order them and other items again. 2 orders processed...wait nothing. I request a staus of the order online and it says "you will receive and answer in 10 minutes" 24 hours later nothing. Just called their phone number and customer service not available. Go online and select chat. Ask the person where my order was. Cancelled again! I ask why and she sends me chat stating this chat is ONLY for ordered. Go online and find out.
This is the end of my ordering through them. Go to another vendor or switch from x-10 to other devices maybe Z

Just like everyone state! website states in stock when ordering, but then they wait a WEEK to tell you it's not in stock and no idea when it will be in stock. Typical email, it was in stock when you ordered. Yea, right. I don't think they have anything in stock
Very poor service. STAY AWAY> Save a week of waiting and order from someone else who really has it in stock

Ordered a Zi8 from the Kodak store and it shows processing for 12 days. Chatted with customer service 7 days after order and they said they would have to get an answer from Corporate and they would email me in 24-48 hours. After 5 more days no email so chat with them again. They state same thing need another 24 -48 hours. Poor service can't even process an order in 12 days. This is from the maker of the camcorder!

Great vendor! I purchased a HP computer for a great price and the shipping was very reasonable.
I talked with Jay before I ordered it and he made sure the computer was in stock and even contacted the warehouse to make sure one was available to send to me. He stated he would call me if a problem occurred. He didn't call and I received my computer 5 days. I will definitely use them again

I ordered a Mitsubishi HC4900 projector.Great customer service on the phone or emails. Always answered my emails in a few hours. Honest told me they were out of stock and all of the next order of projectors were spoken for, so my projector would arrive in about 2 weeks. It arrived in under 2 weeks. The best price I found for projectors and to have great customer service is a major plus!
