Ordered a gift from them which said "in-stock" on November 2. It was going to be a Birthday gift for Nov 15th. I got the confirmation email but, I never heard anything from them so I called on Nov 10th and they informed me that the item was backordered and would ship in 2 weeks. "WELL, I guess it will have to be a christmas gift then," I said. The person on the phone was very friendly and apologetic so I didn't mind THAT much. Then I waited until Dec 10 and STILL hadn't heard anything from them so I called again, and again they were very friendly BUT it turns out the item was STILL on backorder and AGAIN going to ship in 2 weeks. Well. Dec 10th, add 2 weeks, 2 weeks = 14 days, 14 + 10, jolly man comes on the 25th. Hmmmmm, well THAT's not going to work is it? Had to cancel order. They seem very friendly but unfortunately that doesn't make up for misrepresented stock on items and failure to contact customers when their item goes on backorder......twice. Sorry but probably won't order from again.

Doesn't have enough stock to sell what they promise. Ordered on Nov 29. Didn't hear anything. Requested order status by email on Dec 8. Dec 9 was old my order was cancelled. Shady. Will probably never order from again.

This wasn't my first purchase with Supermediastore.com and it won't be my last either. Supermedia has always had great products and great prices and the shipping is wonderfully swift. They are always a go-to place for my media and technology accessory needs.
