The BZBoyz online ordering system did not register everything that I selected. I emailed in to ask that they update my order, there was no response. To make a long story short, I emailed in SEVERAL times requesting that they confirm my order and relay a status of the order. There was no response to any of those messages.
Since I was unable to receive ANY information from Bzboyz on this order, I was unable to provide MY customer a status on HIS order.
This went on for days, and finally he cancelled his order, and took his business elsewhere. So, I had to cancel MY order to Bzboyz, they lost a customer as well. All that was requested was a quick email message, and everything would have been fine. Trying to do business with these folks made ME look bad, I cant afford that. MY customers are important to me.
