Two days ago, I received an order confirmation for a DVD Player. The problem is that I didnt order a DVD Player. I did however order a Soprano's DVD. Apparently my wife ordered this for me for Christmas, using her account and her credit card. I dont know how this could possibly get messed up with an actual secure site ordering system. Following that, they sent me an email stating that they could not ship my Saprano's DVD because of a 'billing problem'. There was over $300 in this account but these folks couldnt process the order (??!!?????).
The DVD player showed up today (pretty fast shipping). I went to another online vendor and sucessfully ordered the DVD.

These folks have issues, I wish I knew how they could get a 9+ rating with a messed up system like this.
WILL NOT use these folks again.

Heat problems ? Who had heat problems ?

One month after buying the MSI K7T Turbo motherboard (at Jerry Recommendation) he told me many of those that he sold had been returned defective. I was told that I could get an 'upgrade' to an Asus board for $25. My MSI was fine at the time so I made no changes. Three months later I had problems with my MSI board. I offered J&N a chance to look at the system before replacing the motherboard. They wanted $25 an hour to check the motherboard, so I passed on that. I requested the upgrade he offered me, and he didnt remember that conversation. He didnt have another MSI board to replace it with, and offered no alternatives beside 'you are out of luck pal'. (I was still under manufacturers 1 year warranty) After repeated arm twisting I eventually got the 'upgrade' to the Asus board.
I was a J&N Customer for 4 years before this incident, spent a couple thousand dollars at their establishment and this was the first time I needed a warranty replacement.
Anyone (including myself) shouldnt have to argue and cause a scene to get a defective item replaced under warranty. For this reason I still say..... STAY AWAY.

When push comes to shove, and I need to get my hands on something FAST, thes folks are my first choice.
To be fair, they are the most expensive vendor I do business with, so I have to limit what I buy from them. Their price for an AMD 1500+ CPU was $160. I went someplace else and got the 2000+ for $94. CPU prices are totally unbelieveable here.
For reliability, these guys are IT.
For the best price, go somewhere else.

I really miss these guys. They were fast to ship, and everything worked. They were a well oiled machine. Their site is still up, but it indicates that they are not selling anything right now. Companies like Bzboyz are still in business, but these guys are gone.
Is there no justice ??
I dont know where they went, but I hope they return SOON.

The BZBoyz online ordering system did not register everything that I selected. I emailed in to ask that they update my order, there was no response. To make a long story short, I emailed in SEVERAL times requesting that they confirm my order and relay a status of the order. There was no response to any of those messages.
Since I was unable to receive ANY information from Bzboyz on this order, I was unable to provide MY customer a status on HIS order.
This went on for days, and finally he cancelled his order, and took his business elsewhere. So, I had to cancel MY order to Bzboyz, they lost a customer as well. All that was requested was a quick email message, and everything would have been fine. Trying to do business with these folks made ME look bad, I cant afford that. MY customers are important to me.
