Don't expect fast service from this company. They say 10 days to deliver and it's 10 business days at best. They apparently charge your credit card immediately. My order has been in their "processing department" for 6 days now and still has not shipped. A call to their customer service line resulted in a delivery date that is 14 days after the order. For an on-line order, this is pretty poor service. Stay tuned for the update if/when the order actually ships.
Update: 8-16-06
Still no e-mail notice of shipment from Crocs, but Crocs web site has been up/down for several days now -- it's back up now. Order status query shows shipment 8-15 but FedEx shows 8-16. 7+ days for them to get around to shipping the order seems excessive. Stay tuned to see what actually arrives in the box.
Update 8-19-06
FedEx delivered a box today. Despite assurances from Crocs that all items were in stock, they cancelled one item and re-charged the correct amount to the card. They did include an excuse letter about inventory system problems and a coupon number for free shipping on the next order.
I guess business must be really good at Crocs ! I wish they'd fix their systems, however...

Well, they screwed up another order. Again, they assured me that everything was in stock and confirmed the order. No further e-mails from them until the box arrived today --- nearly a 10 day wait again --- they seem to have a fixed 5-7 day delay from order date to ship date. Their web site still shows that they shipped everything I ordered, when, in fact, they did not. They put in the same "excuse letter" about updating their inventory systems and another coupon code for fee shipping on the next order. Ordering from crocs.com is a grab bag experience ... you never know what they will actually send you until you open the box.
