I´ve been working and testing my pc during al this time and for your knowledgement I let you know a few suggestions about it:
1.- I find the keyboard too narrow and poor for so good machine, and I must be carefull and not to press two keys at the same time. I think there is enough space to make it slightly wide. As to the numeric keyboard the situation of the key "0" under "2" makes it litle ergonomic and too narrow too.
2.- The touchpad buttons are very hard to pressure and the roll on plate must be pressed more than desirable to run.
3.- Excellent performance of the cooling system and low level of noise when running games.
4.- I send you here enclosed a short comment as to the following missfunction: If I press the right side of te keyboard, for instance if I put my right hand left on it, the screen turns off and when stopping to press then the screen switches on again. I suspect that there is some bad electric contact and I´m thinking that at last once it will not come back to switch on.
I dislike the idea to send my pc the the USA because I need it for my job. I would like you to recommend me a technical support here in Spain to have a look on it, preferable in Vigo or Coruña, or the nearest possible point. Other wise I must undertake the risk to remain the pc with such a default until a fatal failure may arise.
Anyhow I will appreciate to hear your comments.

A little background.
This buyer is from spain. His order was placed using paypal. Our website CLEARLY states that paypal is not accepted from spain two times during checkout in BIG RED letters. We ultimately made an exception for this person to allow the order to pass while we were under no obligation to do so. The order was shipped on time and delivered ahead of schedule. 6 months go by and he leaves this review without any contact regarding his problems. He now expects us to do what is right. To state the obvious, the oportunity to let a vendor correct a manufacturer defect should be given BEFORE you file a negative review or complaint NOT after. We stand behind the products we sell and we do repair them in an out of warranty. We are easily reached and specialize in the select products we sell. I would love to say that our actions here were correct and sound but unfortunately this person never gave a chance to take any action”
