I had problems with an order I placed mid-October. Since experiencing these problems, SourcingMap got in touch with me and I will say that they dealt with my complaint very efficiently and in a polite and timely manner.

The re-ship of my new order took only 2 days to arrive! That really is good service so I am now extremely happy with the service from SourcingMap and would most definitely shop there again.
