Our only option was to re-order and then refuse the wrong order.<br><br>They provide no contact information. they do not respond to any emails. Very poor customer support.<br><br>UPDATE:<br>After the shipping arrived, it turns out that there was no way to refuse the order either. The Fed Ex agent said that since they shipped the two orders together, I could not refuse any one order. <br><br>So I double billed for shipping. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped, after it shipped, and when it arrived.
