They have no way to cancel an order. My employee chose the wrong shipping method. Our only option was to re-order and then refuse the wrong order.
They provide no contact information. they do not respond to any emails. Very poor customer support.
UPDATE:
After the shipping arrived, it turns out that there was no way to refuse the order either. The Fed Ex agent said that since they shipped the two orders together, I could not refuse any one order.
So I double billed for shipping. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped, after it shipped, and when it arrived. All to no avail.
This company is a corrupt and unprincipled business.
I Highly Recommend That Everyone Avoid Them At All Cost!
