Absolutely horrendous experience. The order takes upto 10 business days to ship out. Customer service line is ridiculous, even if you are first in line it still takes up to 10 minutes. And then you may get a voicemail instead of a person. Kept calling till somebody finally picked up (lost about 60 minutes of cell phone minutes!!!).

I have called 4 or 5 times and gotten the same rep, so I think they only have one person that responds to these calls. Requested to cancel the order after 4 business days because it was a gift and the 20 business day timeline would not work. Was told that the order is in processing and may not be able to cancel. They said they will put the request in and it may take upto 2 business days till they hear back from the warehouse as whether is can be canceled or not.

If it ships you have to return and eat up both shipping costs!!

Totally dissatisfied. Will not recommend under any circumstance.
