I have been having trouble with C Exchange. For those of you who are not familiar with it, it is a trade in program for cellphones. Depending on the condition of the phone Crutchfield will give you credit tword purchases.

I sent in an android that was 3 mont old. It always had a protrective screen cover. It was just under new condition. I sent it to them in its original box with the charger. I should have been given $86 in credit as a phone in good cndition. They evaluated it as poor condition and gave me $10 credit. I have emailed them 3 times, the last one only moments ago. I have not recieved any comment. My sign in information has been deleated. Followinfg is a copy of my communication to Crutchfield.

I just logged on to my account and see that you have appraised the condition of my phone as poor. This phone was used for a very short period of time and always had a protective cover over the screen. I think the protective cover was on it when I sent it. I looked at the examples of how you appraise phones and mine was defiantly on the high side of good. Judging from the way your website is done, I assumed you were an honest company. Your site is well done and informative. I was looking forward to doing business with you. Would you please reevaluate your appraisal and get back to me.
