Simply the best online retailer I've done business with over the past 5 years. Prompt, accurate shipments and no surprise charges. The one thing that will bring me back to them first for all my needs is that customer service after the sale is excellent..just as prompt and correct as initial sales. My example: A memory module recently failed. These guys actually called me at home to see if I would accept a replacement that was from a more highly regarded manufacturer and of greater value...at no additional cost! If you're new to online shopping, NewEgg is the place to start!

Ho hum! Just another great shopping experience with these folks!! I started with them years ago when they were Googlegear and have never been disappointed. This time it was for an Antec true550 power supply. The price with shipping was among the best available. On top of that though, this was posted as "brown box" but it is actually the retail boxed item. On time delivery and billed as listed..... you betcha! I'll be back!

delivery was within the estimate provided at the company website. I was concerned for the first few days of this order as there appeared to be a disconnect between customer service reps and order status available at the web site. I received different shipping information from day to day from different reps and the web site posted tracking number wasn't valid. This all ended on a very positive note. The ground carrier used by Fry's is excellent and really put me at ease. The absolute best thing about the order was packing by Fry's at it's warehouse. This is the 4th big screen TV I've had shipped to my home over the past two years by various vendors. Fry's got it right! The TV in it's cardboard outer container was strapped to a pallet for shipment. That alone provides significant protection from shipping damage and is the only time I've seen such care in shipping of heavy, oversized items(which was free, by the way). Previous comments had me very nervous despite knowing Fry's is a well established brick-and-mortar company that has been around for a while. I won't worry again and would order from them without hesitation in the future. Highly recommended for high dollar purchases such as my 52" LCD HDTV.

An excellent shopping experience. Leaves me wondering why so few reviews are written. Just a small operation? Purchasers lazy about writing reviews? Placed my order yesterday morning and got the correct item in great condition early this afternoon....... for regular shipping rates! This place is as good as the big boys in e-tailing as far as I'm concerned. I'll be back shopping here in the near future!

Of all the online merchants I've dealt with since 1997, these folks have the best customer service I've ever encountered. They almost made me feel like family as I communicated several times with them while Garmin rolled out a new product. They were gracious both in e-mails and chat, and it didn't matter if it was a $20 item or one at $279. They changed my order twice with a simple chat request by me. I got two shipping date updates that were far more informative than other e-tailers have ever sent. On top of that, the already lowest price was reduced automatically when Garmin updated prices. I've had to cancel preorders with other merchants because orders could not be revised to reflect lower posted prices. Great guys at MegaGPS. I'll be back!
