My name is Andre'. I've dealt with Kalyx on several occasions. On this recent order, the item did not develop. I contacted Kalyx and spoke to Dan. He recommended sending an email with the invoice number and and brief message that will be forwarded to the warehouse. I received a reply within several days letting me know the replacement will be sent out within the middle of the month per it's hatching time. I just received the item today, Dec.21,10 Tues. An added bonus...they tripled the replacement item! I bought one, it didn't develop, and they sent me THREE in it's place! No complaint, no static from them whatsoever! I'll continue to do business with them because they take care of their customers.
