“I ordered a bunch of stuff from HobbyPartz.com. 23 hours later they sent me an email stating that one of the items was not in stock and asking if I wanted a refund or to wait until it was in stock. I immediately replied that I would like a refund on the out of stock item, but please ship the rest. I also placed an order for a different item to replace the out of stock item. I saw that the first order was still on hold and sent another email asking them to please ship it ASAP. No response from any of my emails, and both my orders are sitting in their system with no action. I called customer service and the phone just rings. It has been almost a week since I placed the first order. I wonder if they are going under. I would not buy from them again!!!”
