Called repeatedly over several days trying to get pricing for a refrigerator (reps name was Mike) with optional door locks. Stated that I was ready to buy and wanted to get my order placed as quickly as possible on two occasions and was told they would call right back as soon as they called the manufacturer to verify pricing..here I am a day and a half after my second request and still no call back. Other retailers were able to quote the price without calling the manufacturer in about 45 seconds. If I can't get a call from them while trying to buy a $2000.00 refrigerator what would happen if I had a problem after they had my money?
Purchased today from another retailer and saved hundred bucks.
I don't understand people who do business this way.
I did have good response and follow up from a person named Ed last fall...can't seem to get in touch with him anymore though...maybe no longer there..
