Hands-down, the worst hardware reseller I've every dealt with!
They told me my item shipped, but they couldn't provide a tracking number. Customer service seems fairly accessible, unfortunately, they're no help. I called three times and each time they told me I'd get an email with a tracking number. I never received an email. I also made four email requests for a tracking number and received no response.
Server Supply is now telling me there was a mistake (which they couldn't explain) and my item will now ship from California. Again, they can't give me a tracking number.
I'm stuck in the same spot I was two weeks ago. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
