I ordered a pioneer avic d3 from broadway photo yesterday. I wish I would have read all of the bad reviews before doing so. Luckily, my credit card was not charged with anything as of yet and I called them this morning to cancel my order. Despite what others have said, the rep I spoke with was actually nice and said they will cancel my order no problem. I have to admit he was quick to get me off the phone but claimed to have cancelled my order (I hope) nonetheless. I also notified my credit card company to inform me if any charges under their name come up on my account. I will definitely put more research into who I purchase from from now on.
