just received my order but is a total disrespect for the presentation of the package. seems that the box had mold or a horrible black dust , full of broken, I can not give a gift with this presentation and the excuse that was a fedex damage is unlikely , the box was clearly open before and sealed with adhesive tape and was then sent from your werehouse, it is clear that babyage shipping label is above the adhesive tape. The funniest thing is that the person who answered the phone told me that I have to pay the return ... okay but I will make sureto report to american express (I bought with my Americam express rewards points)and put a youtube video showing the kind of shipping you do.

And in top of everything the return order said because of a costumer remorse, should be said for sanitary reasons... Very cuestionable costumer service.
