Very fast shipping! Received the lens a day or two before my rental period began. The lens (Canon 70-200 f/4 L) was in outstanding shape and functioned flawlessly. Great communication from a great team of folks at ZipLens. Very easy to return and received an email return confirmation to put my mind at ease! I will be a repeat customer!

I rented two fast 'pro' level lenses for a wedding I was shooting (as a favor) and I am very pleased with Ziplens service. They notified me that they had accepted the order, that it had shipped, that it was due back soon, and that they received it in good condition. I would definitely recommend them.

this is a great company to do biz with! i was able to reserve a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM IS for the Bob Weir and RatDog show on the 31th of May in Hampton Beach, NH. the lens came 2 days early, was in excellent shape and took absolutely amazing pix of Bobby and my 2 yr old daughter (but not at the same time ;). responses to e-mails were prompt and i can't hold them responsible for Yahoo! mail dumping their responses into "bulk mail" (solved by adding info@ziplens.com to my address book). i will absolutely be using them again in the future (this lens esp. until i can sell one of my 4 cars to buy it!) and would recommend them highly.

WOW. What a great transaction! My fiance and I were going to Hawaii for our wedding and honeymoon. I have a Canon DSLR, but am currently cannot afford a good lens. I rented theCanon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM lens for this once in a lifetime trip. We were not disappointed. Sure, the lens was fantastic. I'd done the research and knew which lens I wanted. The emails from the fine folks at ZIPLENS were frequent, friendly, and informative. The lens arrived before we left, in pristine condition. It looked NEW. It took phenomenal photos. Then, about 4 or 5 days prior to return, I get another very friendly email reminding me that I needed to have the lens packed up and in the mail on Tuesday. I then get another email letting me know that the lens is back in the hands of ZIPLENS in perfect condition. I will DEFINITELY rent from them again. Thank you, ZIPLENS.

Ziplens' customer service has been great as well as the lens I have rented. They have been very responsive. I had never rented a lens before and was a bit leary of doing so, however, I really wanted to try it out before purchasing. It has worked out perfectly for me. I won't hesitate to do business with them again!!! I actually look forward to it!!!

Fantastic service. Ordered on the 17th, delivery was attempted (I wasn't home to sign) on the 18th. Easy as can be to ship back and the lens was in very good condition w/ the image quality I would expect from well kept lenses.

Great service, lens arrived 2 days after the order was processed in good, clean condition. The return was easy, just repack in the shipping box, drop in provided envelope, and attach the provided sticker. It's a great way to try out new lenses before you buy. Extremely pleased with the pricing structure. Their weekly rate is basically the same as the closest retailer's daily rate. Would definitely rent again.

All my questions were answered before renting the lens and the lens was shipped promptly. Rented a 300mm f/4 from them and the lens was sitting at my doorstep the 3rd day after I ordered it. It looked pristine with absolutely no signs of wear or use.  
 
The rental period does not include transit times so you can ship the lens back on the day that its due. The prices are very fair and the people here are very helpful.  
 
Will definitely rent from Ziplens again!
