I ordered an Asus G71G laptop from these guys and have been nothing but happy about the service I received. They were prompt with shipping and prompt to answer my questions. They are very honest and their advice saved me close to $100. If I ever need to buy another laptop I'll be buying it from these guys.

Asus z70Va sent in for some repair and maintenance. BTO really knows their stuff. No one else has the knowledge -- or part access -- to to this job right. Without going into a lot of details, let's just say they really went "above and beyond" with this repair. Not only great work, but they were impeccably honest and fair. Great operation. Communications usually blazing fast.

I am totally amazed by the service that this company provides to their customers. I purchased a laptop from them several years ago that had a problem. Not only did they respond quickly (in less than 5 minutes!) to my e-mails, they repaired my laptop in the same day that they received it! I would highly recommend that anyone interested in buying a quality computer from a company that absolutely stands behind their products to go to BtoTech.com.  
 
In a day and age when most tech support people are out of the country and can barely read from scripts, this company is a gold mine.

Lightning fast response, very helpful, and very professional. I ordered and paid on a Friday, the order was processed Monday, and it was shipped out on Tuesday. It arrived the Monday after with UPS Ground before noon. Would definitely do business with you in the future! I love my Asus G71G-A1!

BtoTech.com is a great company to work with. All questions I had were answered honestly and very quickly. I feel like I got a great product at a great price. The laptop I purchased was customized to meet my needs and shipped very quickly. Next time I plan on buying a laptop, I will not hesitate to start and end my shopping here.

Support email is answered in just hours. The best thing is they have their support forum is which top notch. We think that they are constantly on their computer to answer customer emails and questions.

Super computer. Have just gotten it and have been spending a fair bit of time loading programs and updating software and tweaking for my personal use but that is expected with any new purchase. I chose to have XP installed rather than Vista. Much to my surprise when I turned on the thing, low and behold, there was the logon screen with my name on it. I don't use that feature preferring to just turn it on and go...but it showed a certain amount of customer service putting my name in with the upgrade to XP. Could have been a problem though if it had been a gift for someone else. The software needed to get up and running was installed and I was allowed to choose to or not to install the added value software. I had recently had a very bad experience with another company in trying to purchase this computer. This was by far a more superior customer service experience than the other place. This was a gift from my wife and I am loving both of them right now. If this had been our first experience I would have said great puter great price great service...but after what we went thru with our first attempt with another company I would have to put superior in front of puter...price...SERVICE...buy from them again...you bet...recommend to others absolutely.

Thank you for the fast turnaround on the new ASUS M50VM-B2. Ordered on Monday the 18th, and received a confirmation call since it was ordered by credit card on Monday the 18th as well. The unit shipped the 19th and arrived at my door on the 21st.  
 
The unit is very good looking and performs very well so far. Thank you again for the service and I would definitely order from BTOTECH again. I’d give the sale and response a 10/10 score.  

Eagerly awaiting my new laptop that I ordered yesterday. Have been asking questions constantly on both the forums and chat, and called when I had trouble with the online order system. Every time I was answered very quickly, with detail from someone who is obviously knowledgeable about the product. I was kind of apprehensive to order from a distributor I had never heard of and I am not very familiar with ASUS, but after several months of research, I kept coming back because of the product and the service. I've probably asked at least 20-30 questions, and all were answered with lightning speed. Can't wait until the computer actually arrives :)

It was the first time that i've ordered a notebook (ASUS R1E-C1) in USA, thats why i (first) was a bit nervous about the deal. The sales guy took the time to explain everything to me (Taxes, shipping, various other things).  
A very positive point is that every email was answered very quickly. (max. 2 hours or so).  
I was completely surprised about the fast shipping. It took only from Monday to Thuesday, till i could hold the book in my hands.  
 
All in all : great service, excllent product.

I was a bit nervous ordering an expensive computer with complicated upgrades (including the OS!) online, but was more than satisfied with btotech.com!! I ordered an ASUS U6Sg-A1 with several specific upgrades including removal of Vista and installation of XP Pro, a speedier processor, a new hard drive and additional memory. I also asked for a different shipping method and paid extra for faster setup (within 48 hours). Eddie himself confirmed my order, and replied to my emails in just hours. This was one of my best online shopping experiences ever. The computer arrived much faster than expected and was set up perfectly with no bloatware included. They even included a recovery disk with my new OS! I know from extensive shopping around that I got the best price available. The computer was beautifully repackaged and extra items I ordered were safely enclosed. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the overall experience. I will do all my future computer shopping here. Best selection, best price and flawless, speedy service. Can't ask for any more than that. Thanks, Eddie and team!! I spent several months looking into a replacement for my old occasionally-intermittent laptop. Reputation and reviews led me to Asus and BTOTech. After Eddie promptly answered a series of emailed questions, I narrowed it down to the 14.1" S62E and the not-yet-available 13.3" S37E barebones. Intel (or Asus) apparently had problems with the S37; when it finally became available it was the S37S with nVidia graphics, etc., which I did not need or want for my Linux-based applications. So I went with the S62E, which BTO shipped immediately. Everything was, and has been, perfect. The only minor discrepancy was a 3945ABG wireless card because the faster 4965AGN I had ordered had become temporarily unavailable from the distributor. Eddie offered several options (refund, wait, etc.) -- I waited, and BTO sent one when they became available. Overall I've been very pleased with BTOTech and highly recommend them.
