"i am amazed with the xvx customer service, these people are very friendly. The quality of my system is really good, works great. They offer you lifetime tech support so you dont have to worry about ever getting charge for telephone support once you warranty expires."

"Well, from the start, my rep was very helpful, help me in customizing my laptop. I got emails with the updates from the building process, ship out in 19 days because i order it with a color, which they told me it will take longer to ship. I got my system and wow! i order my blue, what an amazing paint job. I dont think it could be any better, now my car color matches with my laptop, lol.... the performance is great, super fast. I got an virus while surfing the internet and then my computer started to run slow, i called xVx tech support and they fix it!! Now its working great again and xVx is sending a virus protection program so it wont happen again. If i rate them from 1 to 10 i give them an 11...."

Joel, the customer service rep presented me with great customer service.Joel was Very friendly and willing to make the best deal possible for me. I sell laptops from Sony to Acer And this thing blows all of them out of the water, price wise and preformance. Over all xVx has great customer service and unbeatable prices. "

"Well So far so good I called and purchased a Monstruo P550. The rep that assisted me in configuring the system was awesome. I had about 100 questions and he answered them ALL. I was thinking of going with Alienware but stumbled on this sight and took about a week before I decided to buy from them. So far there ROCK. I will update as soon as I get the system. Shipping date is feb 22nd. Specs I got are Pentium 4 3.0, 1 gig of memeory, 80 gig serial ata 7200 r.p.m drive, Nvidia 7800 GTX, and all the basic built in stuff, webcam,10 in 1 card reader, 5 speaker digital sound, ect ect. 2300.00 bucks I dont feel is to shabby. "
"I would have to say my overall experience with XVX exceeded my expectations. The customer service was top notch and oh ya.....the P550 fully loaded that I ordered is awesome. I maxed out every option, including the ram and video card and it had no problems with BF2 or Fear. I replayed HL2 just to see the awesome graphics. I have not had to work with tech support, but then that's a good thing. I would highly recommend XVX to anyone looking for a high-end gaming laptop."
