I ordered the personalized invitations with our caricatures. I made several changes to the proofs so that the invitations fit perfectly with our wedding theme. I can't believe what a great deal these were, and I can't believe how quickly they arrived after I confirmed the final proof!

My fiance and I picked out and ordered these invitations for our wedding coming up in May. I am so incredibly pleased with them. It was so easy to personalize them with our wording and wedding colors. They gave us a chance to review them and make changes. Also, the arrived at my house a day before the supposed delivery date. We have looked at so many invitation sites and designs. There is no greater value for your money than vponsale.com for wedding invitations.

I am very pleased with my invitations!! They arrived at my house on the day that I was told they would, and they look just like the email proofs that were sent to me. I appreciate all of the changes that the vponsale team made for me. They worked quickly, and did everything I asked of them. The quality of the invitations far exceed the price that I paid for them. I am so glad that I found the vponsale website, otherwise I would have paid double the price to purchase invitations at a store close to home, and would have had to do all of printing myself. I would recomend vponsale to any bride that would like nice invitations for a great price.

this compony is very trickie i wrote a review for vponsale from a diff custmer service link on there web page they responded with false information and said i OKed weding proofs i never did and there whole compony would be investagated and i will make sure someboby looks into vponsale see my review on trustpiolt and facebook its on there web page

We are very pleased with our invitations! They are great quality for the (low!) price and look exactly as shown online. Once we placed our order, we received a proof within 48hrs. We asked for a few changes/additions and they were done in even less time. They arrived at my home just a few days after. Very efficient and satisfying customer service. Let me first say that "YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY". I had a problem with my envelopes and response cards. It took me forever to contact someone with my problem. They were closed down for a spring festival. I was understanding of that and asked that they help to resolve my problem as soon as possible. After several emails and no return phone calls later I had to pay them to reprint my response cards and to send me envelopes without any printing. They sent me my response card but no envelopes. The color of the writing was wrong and I paid them to fix it. I had posted my rating on the computer and they had the nerve to ask me to take it down. What business would ask anyone to retract a rating??? I would have said how great they were about going out of the way to fix my order however they didn't. You would be a fool to order from them. I know I feel like a fool. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

We are very happy with our invitations from vponsale. They were a great deal, and great quality. They look much nicer than anything I have seen around here, that was double the price. The service was also quick and accommodating. I would recommend their service to anyone.

We ordered invitations from vponsale. We are very happy with the end result, and it came with a very good price. They have some beautiful invitations which are highly customizable.  
 
That being said, there were a few difficulties.  
 
The website is somewhat confusing and the editing tool does not seem to be able to actually send anything to the company. You'll need to take a screenshot and send that via e-mail.  
 
As they are a Chinese company, there were some communication difficulties due to the language barrier with native English-speaking customers, and their customer service hours are naturally not ideal for someone in the United States.  
 
Our order was particularly difficult because we wanted many things customized, and it required quite a bit of back-and-forth. Though the communication difficulties were somewhat an issue, the people at vponsale were attentive and responsive to our requests, and in the end we got the beautiful invitations that we wanted--again, at a very good price.

I ordered a dress (VPBN029) recently from vponsale.com for a wedding. When the dress arrived it was the wrong color. After several emails the issue was resolved and I will hopefully be receiving the correct dress at no additional cost.

The product was exactly as it was shown on the site, and the customer service department was great at amking sure my personalization was done to my satisfaction. Within a week of ordering we had the invitations in our hands...It was great!!! I highly recommend this company!!

My invitations arrived 2wks after I ordered them - I was a little apprehensive b/c I designed them myself and wasn't sure if a printer I didn't know would do a good job.
